Wont launch — UPDATE

I downloaded and installed without issue, but the game wont launch. The app icon bounces once and then nothing. Snooping in the application package seems to suggest a problem with OpenPlay: "cannot execute binary file" — Apparently my machine meets the specs (recent imac, 10.6.8) but something isnt working. Disappointing. Hows the app store for refunds?

UPDATE — At Ferals suggestion I did the obvious thing and downloaded the application a second time — 18GBs later I have a working install of the game. Phew.
